Prepare all four in the morning and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature thirty minutes before serving. Arrange on a large wooden board with warm flatbread, sliced cucumbers, radishes, and a bowl of olives. Pour cold ayran or a dry rosé. Let the afternoon take care of itself.
